1) untuk mengubah UUD,sekurang-kurangnya 2/3 dari jumlah anggota MPR harus hadir.

3.SIKAP DASAR DALAM PERUBAHAN UUD 1945
A), tidak mengubah pembukaan UUD negra RI tahun 1945.
B).tahap mempertahankan NKRI

HUBUNGAN DASAR NEGARA DENGAN KONSTITUSI

1.Pengertian
Konstitusi adalah sejumlah aturan dasar atau ketentuan hukum yang di bentuk untuk mengatur fungsi dan struktur lembaga pemerintahan Negara dalm berkehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.
Tujuan konstitusi:
1.memberikan pembantasan sekaligus pengawasan terhadap kekuasaan politik.
2.melepaskan control kekuasaaan dari penguasa
3.memberikan batasan-batsan ketetapan bagi para penguasa dalm menjalankan penguasa.
Nilai konstitusi:
1,nilai normativ adalah konstitusi tidak hanya berlaku secara hokum tapi juga berlaku secara nyata dalam masysrakat.
2.nilai nominal adalah sesuai dengan hokum yang berlaku tetapi tidak sempurna yang terdapat dalm pasal-pasal tertentu.
3.nilai semantic adalah hanya berlaku untuk kepentingan penguasa keterkaiatan Dasar Negara dengan Konstitusi.
DaLam praktiknya konstitusi terbagi 2:
1.konstitusi tertulis adalah suatu naskah yang memuat kerangak dan tugas-tugas pokok dari badan-badan pemerintahan suatu Negara serta menentukan pokok-pokok cara kerja badan tersebut.
2.konstitusi tidak tertulis adalah peraturan yang tidak tertulis yang timbul dan terpelihara dalam praktek penyelenggaraan Negara.

Rotasi bumi adalah bumi yang senantiasa berputar pada porosnya.kala rotasi bumi berputar adalah 23 jam 56 menit 4 detik,selang waktu ini disebut satu hari.rotasi bumi menimbulkan beberapa peristiwa:
a.pergantian siang dan malam
b.perbedaan waktu berbagai tempat di muka bumi.
c.gerak semu harian bintang
d.perbedaan perccepatan gravitasi di permukaan bumi.

Revolusi bimo adalah bumi yang mengelilingi matahari,satu kali bumi melakukan revolusi memerlukan 6jam 9 menit 10 detik.atau sering disebut dengan 1 tahun pada penaggalan masehi.beberapa dampak yang di timbulkan dari adanya revolusi bumi antara lain:
a.perbedaan lama siang dan malam
b.gerak semu tahunan matahari
c.perubahn musim
d.perubahan kenampakan rasi bntang
e.tarikh atau penanggalan kalender masehi.

c.gempa bum
gempa bumi adalah getaran atau gunjangan yang terjadi di permukaan bumi.timbulnya gempa bumi di karenakan tekanan yang terjadi akibat pergerakan dari dalam bumi terlalu besar sehingga tidak dapat di tahan lagi oleh lempeng tektonik tersebut.

Planet-planet dalam tat surya kita terbagi dalam 2 bagian yaitu :

bumi merupakan salah satu planet dalam sistem tata surya kita dan menempati urutan ketiga dari matahari.
Bumi memiliki beberapa lapisan, dari pusat bumi kepermukaan bumi yaitu :
1. inti bumi
lapisan ini berada ditengah atau pusat bumi dengan ketebalan sekitar 3500 Kilometer.
2. mantel bumi
mantel bumi adalah lapisan batuan yang menyelubungi lapisan inti dengan ketebalan
sekitar 2900 Kilometer
3. Kerak bumi
Kerak bumi merupakan lapisan terluar dan paling tipis dengan ketebalan sekitar 8-40 kilometer

Rotasi bumi ialah bumi senantiasa berputar pada porosnya dari barat ketimur.
Rotasi bumi juga menimbulkan beberepa peristiwa yaitu:
- pergantian siang dan malam

IMAN KEPADA MALAIKAT
Malaikat menurut cara terminologis adalah makhluk gaib yang di ciptakan ALLAH swt dari cahaya,sebagai utusan tuhan yang taat dan patuh menjalankan semua perintah ALLAH swt.Iman kepada malaikat artinya mempercayai keberadaan makhluk gaib yang bernama malaikat.
1.KEDUDUDKAN MANUSIA DAN MALAIKAT DI SISI ALLAH
Keterkaitan manusia dan malaikat terletak pada kedudukannyadan tugas yang berbeda,yaitu:

1).manusia adalah hamba ALLAH swt dan utusannya sebagai khalifah di uka bumi yang bertugas untuk mengelola dan memakmurkan buami dengan sebaik-baiknya untuk kesejahteraan makhluk lainnya,khusus manusia (Qs 2:30.Qs 33:72).
2).Malaikat adalah hamba ALLAH swt dan utusannya yang bertugas antara lain mengawasi atau menjaga perbuatan manusia saat melaksanakan fungsinya sebagai penguasa khalifah(QS 13:11)

SMK N 7 PEKANBARU

SMK N 7 pekanbaru, terletak di jalan yossudarso, terdiri dari 2 tingkat bangunan, SMK ini mengambil jurusan husus komputer, SMK ini memiliki 5 kelas dan 4 labor. di lantai bawah SMK N 7 terdiri dari ruang kepala sekolah, ruang wakil kepala sekolah, ruang tata usaha, dan 3 labor yg terdiri dari labor A, labor B, dan labor C. kami mempunyasi sebuah labor yg sistem oprasi nya berbasis LINUX. di ujung kiri dan kanan lantai bawah terdapat WC. di ujung kiri bangunan terdapan WC perempuan dan WC guru, sedangkan di ujung kanan bangunan terdapat WC laki-laki.
di lantai 2 bangunan ini terdapat 5 kelas, sebuah labor untuk merakit personal computer(PC), serta ruang majelis guru yg berada di tengah-tengah lantai 2.
saya bersekolah di SMK N 7 pekanbaru, saya sekarang berada di kelas X ANIMASI, saya sekarang telah memasuki semester ke 2. dan ada 3 jurusan lain nya seperti, teknik komputer jaringan(TKJ), multimedia, rekayasa perangkat lunak(RPL).
SMK ini baru memiliki 2 angkatan, dan angkatan saya angkatan yg ke 2.
SMK ini merupakan SMK ini sangat bagus jika ingin mempelajari tentang komputer dan aplikasi-aplikasi nya. SMK ini jga memiliki jaringan wi-fi yg dapat digunakan bagi para siswa dan siswi yg ingin melakukan koneksi ke internet.
